This stunning, incredibly detailed "BIRD'S-EYE VIEW OF TORONTO" was published in 1876 by Peter A. Gross. The following year, in 1877, he would publish J. Timperlake's "Illustrated Toronto: Past and Present," which included "A Key to the Publisher's Bird's-Eye View of the City"; meant to accompany the map he had published the year before.
